The Cat 5

In remembrance of Hurricane Irma, the Cat 5 has a bold and amazing flavor.

1 1/2 oz Don Sueños Blanco
1/2 oz Cointreau
1/2 oz Sherry
3/4 oz Lime Joice
1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
4 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Combine ingredients and shake with ice.

Strain into a Collins Glass filled with crushed ice.

Add a couple of dashes of bitters to the top for color.
